About Us
Now starting our 80th year, the Berkeley Camera Club meets every Tuesday. Each month, we hold three on-line Zoom meetings and one in-person meeting. Two of our monthly online Zoom meetings are competitions, with each meeting covering two photographic categories. Zoom meetings begin at 7:00 PM and typically last until about 8:45 PM.
Competitions are open to all skill levels and every image is evaluated live by an expert photographer. Many of our members participate in competitions to improve their skills and receive constructive feedback. Please check our club calendar if you are interested in attending a specific competition.
Our other monthly Zoom meeting is our Image Night, when members share their images for an informal, friendly discussion. Our in-person monthly meeting is our Print Night, which is like Image Night for photographers who prefer to print their images, and share and discuss them face to face. Print Night takes place on the second Tuesday of the month at the Northbrea Community Church in Berkeley.
